How to Compare TINME CNC Oil Mist Collector Models

Oil mist collector selection should start with the machine enclosure, process, coolant and operating conditions—not airflow alone. TINME currently lists four centrifugal collector models in the supplied 50Hz specification.

All four models use 3-phase 220V/380V, 50Hz/60Hz power and a listed motor speed of 2,850 rpm. Exact 60Hz airflow values require confirmation.

  • Machine type and model
  • Enclosure dimensions and available mounting space
  • Coolant type, including neat oil or water-miscible coolant
  • Machining process and operating cycle
  • Observed mist, smoke and particulate conditions
  • Available voltage and frequency
  • Preferred machine-top, floor or wall-bracket installation

Avoid selecting by machine brand alone

Two machines from the same manufacturer can have different enclosure volumes, processes and mist loads. Installation photographs can show mounting possibilities, but they do not replace an application review.
