Filtration Process

TINME centrifugal and multilayer oil mist filter structure Optional TINME HEPA post-filter cartridge
  1. Polluted air is drawn from the machine enclosure into the lower pre-chamber.
  2. The rotating turbine generates centrifugal force, causing oil droplets to coalesce.
  3. A multilayer filter captures smaller remaining pollutant particles.
  4. Collected liquid returns through the drainage tube for reuse in the process where appropriate.

Maintenance

Internal filters can be accessed by opening the cover for cleaning or replacement. Maintenance intervals depend on the coolant, particulate load and operating cycle and require application confirmation.

HEPA option: The supplied specification states up to 99.97% filtration at 0.3 micrometers with the optional HEPA post-filter. An H13 classification is not stated in the source document.
